My first painting with a knife. Thoroughly enjoyed it...It did get a little tough when u try doing small details with the knife, but since it was done under supervision, i could holler for help when I needed it ! :D. Was great fun. My next project is a little more ambitious..

Done with Black paint...Picture taken from a book(cant remember the name)

Technique is to use black and white. Black depicting shadows. Goofed up some of it :)

followed the technique suggested in 'pastel for beginners'... used dark and light highlights to create waves.
